Smoothies for Breakfast

Breakfast smoothies are an excellent way to get more fruits and

vegetables into your family's diet!


Throw in some Fruits, Ice, water and blend up a smoothie that

has more nutrition in it than most people get all day!!


Add a scoop of your favorite Protein Powder and turn your smoothie

into a power packed Protein Smoothie!
























Smoothies are an excellent way to get your kids to eat more fruits and

veggies!! Get them involved by having them make their own smoothies

for breakfast... they will be eating better than any of their friends!!


Here is one of my favorite recipes that comes out just like the smoothie

pictured above!!


- 1 Organic Banana

- 1 Cup Frozen Organic Blueberries

- 1 Cup Frozen Organic Mangoes

- Raw Organic Whole Milk (I also use H2O sometimes)

- Raw Organic Honey

- 2 Scoops of my favorite Protein Powder

- 2-3 Raw Pasture Raised Eggs


I've been drinking this smoothie almost everyday for the past 20 years and can

confidently say it has been a leading force in my health and fitness!!


I highly recommend adding a Protein Smoothie to your daily routine! Not only

will it help you and your family get more fruits and veggies in... but it will also

curb your appetite away from breakfast junk food!!
