Two of my favorites foods working together to provide great antioxidant benefits! Apples and dark chocolate are two foods that everyone should be eating more of. Both are low in calories, high in fiber, sweet to taste, and have a lot of health benefits. Even if one is eaten without the other or mixed together, they will still have some great health benefits! I love apple slices dipped in dark chocolate as a snack and a treat!!
