Quercetin is a phytonutrient that has anti-inflammatory properties and appears to inhibit COX-2 enzymes that help keep our hearts healthy. Quercetin is are among the phytonutrients that have been studied most frequently. They are also found in apple skins, red wine and green tea and rosemary oils!!
